Apple wanted to give iPod a proper Farewell
as the company discontinued its production

Idea
Hello, iPod Mode!

Saying farewell didn’t sound like an Apple move,
so we found a way to make iPod live on forever!

My “one-more-thing” moment at the Apple Headquarter 😅

Through an iOS update, iPod will live on as a “Do-Not-Disturb” feature on Apple Music. The mode will feature the retro iPod look, the satisfying scrolling wheel, and the “Music Only” feature that will tune you out of all notifications so you can solely enjoy your music experience like the good old days.
